Passenger liner rolled off the runway at Murmansk airport

The North-Western Transport Prosecutor's Office informs about the temporary closure of Murmansk Airport due to the fact that a passenger plane rolled out of the runway.

"According to preliminary data, an air accident occurred on March 6, 2023 at about 8 a.m. local time during the takeoff of a Bombardier CRJ200 aircraft of Severstal Airlines, planning a flight from Murmansk to Arkhangelsk. There were 49 passengers and three crew members on board. There are no casualties," the department noted.
