Closure of Arkhangelsk Airport for reconstruction

The press service of the Arkhangelsk Talagi International Airport announces the closure of the air harbor for reconstruction from May 1 to December 2023.

"In the period from May 1 to November 30, 2023, reconstruction of the runway of the Arkhangelsk airfield (Talagi) is planned, which will be carried out in the conditions of the airport closed for receiving aircraft," the airport's press service notes.

Air transportation for the period of reconstruction of Talagi will be carried out through the Vaskovo airfield (Primorsky district), which provides transportation on local air lines. In preparation for the reception of interregional flights, a new modular passenger terminal was built in Vaskovo, the runway was modernized.
