All flights cancelled at Berlin airport due to strike

During the whole day of April 24, 2023, Berlin Brandenburg International Airport will not send flights to all destinations.

The strike is being held at the request of the Verdi Service Workers' union. It is expected that all arriving planes will be cancelled or transferred to other airports. The exact number of canceled flights has not yet been specified.

Verdi is seeking better working conditions and higher salaries for hundreds of airport ground staff across Germany.
