The observation deck is open at the Vladimir Cathedral in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, an observation deck was opened for visitors and tourists on the bell tower of the Vladimir Cathedral.

The 41-meter bell tower of the Cathedral of the Vladimir Icon of the Theotokos is one of the tallest in St. Petersburg, it offers an extensive overview of the Russian Northern capital.

Guided tours to the bell tower will be organized on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 13:00 and 15:00.

Vladimir Cathedral was built in 1761-1769 and is one of the oldest in the city. His parishioners were Dostoevsky, Nekrasov, Rimsky-Korsakov, Kuprin, Gumilev and others.
