The Internet will appear on Kilimanjaro

A telecommunications company in Tanzania has announced the appearance of the World Wide Web on top of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa.

Already in October 2022, the Internet should appear on Uhuru Peak at an altitude of 5,895 meters. It is worth noting that mobile communication and high-speed Internet are already available for tourists on the slopes of Kilimanjaro up to 3,720 meters.
