Canberra Airport evacuated due to shooting

At the airport of the capital of Australia, a man opened fire with a revolver in the airport check-in hall at about 13:30 local time.

Canberra Airport has been evacuated, no injuries have been reported. "Shots were heard outside the checkpoint. The airport was quickly evacuated. The Australian Federal Police detained one person," local authorities say.
